Every Pound is 3$

So, 12lb*3$

12*3 = 36$

Two 20$ bills is.... 20*2 = 40$

40$ - 36$ = 4$

So, she will receive $4.00 in change.

She would receive 4 dollow back becuz 3 times 12 is $36-$40
