perpendicular to the line described by : y = -1/3 x +4

So : product for two slopes = -1   means : m×-1/3=-1

m = 3

now : y = 3 x+b

but this line :

through the point (4,3) : 3 =3(4)+b.......    b=-9

conclusion :

the equation is : y =3x -9
