A rectangle has sides of 4 and 8 inches. What is the perimeter of the rectangle, expressed in feet?

I believe it would be 2 ft because since the perimeter is 24 inches, and 1 ft = 12 inches, the result would be 2 ft. Hope this helps! I'm terrible at explaining lol.
