7*10*4*1+(2*1/10)+(5*1/100) =70*4*1+(2*1/10)+(5*1/100) =280*1+(2*1/10)+(5*1/100) =280+(2*1/10)+(5*1/100) =280+(2/10)+(5*1/100) =280+(1/5)+(5*1/100) =1401/5+(5*1/100) =1401/5+(5/100) =1401/5+(1/20) =1121/4 =280 and 1/4
