Consider this option:
1. rule: the equation will be the same if the both its parts are multiplied by one number ('0' is not included!).
2. using the rule, described upon:
-3x-2y=-7 (*(-1));
6x+4y=14 (*2);
-6x-4y=-14 (*(-2)).
