What is the equation of the line with a slope of -1/2 that passses through the points (6,6)?

m = slope

Lets put this in point slope form, and slope intercept form. 

y - 6 = -1/2(x - 6)
y - 6 = -1/2x + 3
    + 6            + 6

y = -1/2x + 9
